Produced at the company's historic facility in Zanesville, Ohio, this double-handled vase features shape number 108-8, characterized by an elongated flared neck, rounded lower body, and distinctive pierced angular handles that lend an architectural presence to the organic silhouette. The exterior ground displays a deeply textured, vertical bark-like striation bathed in a rich forest green matte glaze that softly pools in the low relief valleys.

Cast in earthenware, the front and reverse display high-relief molded clematis blossoms rendered in soft peach, salmon, and muted ivory hues, anchored by bright sunshine yellow stamens and trailing green foliage. Typical of Roseville's late-period production, the dual-sided design offers variety, highlighting a single open flower on one side and a clustered double blossom on the reverse. The smooth satin finish demonstrates the factory's renowned blending technique, capturing subtle gradients between the background green and the warmth of the botanical petals.

This piece measures approximately 8.25 inches in height, 5.5 inches in width across the handles, 5.0 inches in depth, and weighs approximately 2.25 pounds.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0679/4923/2285/files/roseville-pottery-vase-455-clematis-pattern-collectible-art-deco-ceramic_01_c061cd40-179f-44e9-a0e1-86eec895d0ae.jpg?v=1790485293
https://patinaandprose.com/products/vintage-roseville-pottery-green-clematis-double-handled-vase-shape-108-8
